Strong Mama consultations are for anyone who wants to reap all the rewards of staying active during pregnancy but wants to make sure they are moving safely and effectively.

Being a Strong Mama isn’t about getting to the gym every day or trying to keep up with your normal exercise program for as long as possible. It’s about recognising that pregnancy isn’t the time to be trying to hit that personal best or run that next half marathon to prove to yourself or others that pregnancy won’t slow you down. It is a time to train for a new goal, to prepare your body to grow and deliver a tiny human! It’s a pre-season like no other but it doesn’t have to be scary.

Even people who have exercised daily for many years feel they must stop exercising as soon as they find out they are pregnant for fear of harming themselves or their baby. But this doesn’t have to be the case.

So if you find yourself thinking “Yes that’s me!”, I’m here to help and coach you through the most important and special season of your life.
