About Strong Mama
Every pregnancy journey is unique and every person’s exercises preferences are different. Strong Mama aims to provide you with advice and support that is tailored to you and aligns with current evidence-based practice on exercise in pregnancy and post partum.
Whether you are a die hard CrossFit athlete or completely new to exercise, Strong Mama will share with you the secrets to reaping all the benefits that exercise in pregnancy has to offer whilst keeping you and baby safe.
Strong Mama is not just for people who are already pregnant. If you are considering becoming pregnant in the future, now is the best time to find out about those early pregnancy changes and how you can exercise safely from the day you get that positive test.
Separate tutorials are offered for each trimester and post-partum to ensure the advice you are given is tailored to your needs and current symptoms.
Small group education sessions are also available for 2-3 people in the same trimester, so if you want to save some pennies, get some friends together and enquire about a group consultation.

All consultations can be held online or face to face in and around the South Melbourne area at a time that suits you.
At this time, Strong Mama is only able to offer consultation times on weekday evenings and weekends with occasional weekday availability.
Simply let me know your day and time preference when you send your enquiry and I will do my best to fit around you.

Pregnancy is a challenging and emotional time, but you are not alone!
Unfortunately, many people feel that they lack the support they need during pregnancy. Being the only one who is pregnant in your friendship circle, or not knowing many other new parents, can leave you feeling isolated or like there’s no one to talk to who really understands what you’re going through.
Motherhood and pregnancy are unique experiences, and for this reason it can feel especially important to have people to connect with, and to share that experience with, in a meaningful way.
Every Strong Mama client is invited to our social What’s App group chat where you can connect with other like-minded mums and mums-to-be, share the highs and the lows of your journey and maybe arrange to meet up for a casual stroll, a park workout or just a coffee with a safe space to vent.
